Where can I begin...Cashawn continues to make my workout journey nothing but the best. I am so happy to have met her and have her guide me the right direction with my weight. She is caring, patient, helpful and over all FUN to work out with. You don’t feel like you’re working out to get fit but rather a work out that is just a lifestyle. I feel like I have created a great friendship due to the fact that I meet with her 6 times a week! (THAT”S HOW MUCH I ENJOY MY TIME WORKING OUT). She is truly passionate about what she does and tries her best to help people with their weight. Cashawn please never change your ways of training, continue to change lives and stay positive (as always). You are truly a blessing in my life and I have never been happier with my results!!!! I have been working with Ca'Shawn for a little over a month now and not by any surprise has been very encouraging and motivating! Her work outs are fun yet very impactful and in each session she remains very professional. I’m not new to working out with a personal trainer, and at first I felt as if this time would be no different but she has proved me wrong. Even when working out in a group setting I feel I get the same amount of attention to detail and on my form as when we would train one on one. There has not been one session not worth going to, her groups workouts & individual work outs are all fulfilling and remain consistent. I look forward to my continued progress and taking each work out one at a time, all while gaining muscle but keeping a feminine look.

My first day working out with Ca'Shawn as my trainer was definitely THE hardest day of my life. (But she never said it would be easy!) It's been about 7 weeks since I've started, and I look soo much better. More importantly I FEEL so much better, and have done so many things I didn't know were possible. I still have a long way to go, but I know with her help I will achieve my fitness goals with hardwork and dedication!

I haven't felt this good about myself until deciding to join CSIMS Fitness and it has been the best decision I have made! Not only am I getting healthy and fit but I'm having fun while doing it, which is the best part! Thanks to Cashawn I am achieving my personal goals that I never thought I would ever be able to do, and I owe it all to her! When I first thought about training, I contacted Ca’Shawn and she was eager to meet me and discuss my fitness plans. After a couple of weeks and our first meeting, I had my first day with Ca’Shawn and let’s just say the following 3 days I was not looking forward to going back my body was so sore. When someone asked if it was everything I expected, I said “No, it was more than that!” Going into my second week, I couldn’t wait to start the ‘GARAGE’ but I really had no idea what was behind door #1. Knowing that I was scared about this workout Ca’Shawn didn’t hold my hand but made it known to myself that she was there the entire time! #CSIMSFITNESS may not be for everyone but I definitely look forward to see what we can accomplish together as a team and individually. My journey is just beginning and with such an amazing spirit as my trainer/coach/mentor, I know this one is going to be the best one of 2015.

I started working with Ca'Shawn less than a month ago and I believed that she would help me reach my goal, but I wasn't prepared to get close so fast. I have been an athlete most of my life and have Never seen results so fast. She is patient, yet requires you to push yourself past your limit. I started working out twice a week then moved it up to three times a week because it gives me something to look forward to and she makes it fun. I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to her because she is truly gifted and passionate about changing lives!
